Friendly, honest septic contractors serving central Colorado.
Colorado Septic Pros is a DBA of Iron Legacy Construction, a residential construction company. Understanding how every part of a home fits together gives us a better picture of what a good septic placement looks like, and that perspective shapes how we plan every system.
We installed our first septic system in 2019, and septic installation is what our crew does. Our most common jobs are complete system installs, a new tank and a new leach field, and tank replacements. We also handle septic repair, sewer line repair, waterline repair, and residential excavation.
We serve homeowners in El Paso, Douglas, Teller, and Elbert Counties from our office in Peyton.
The person who guides you through the process
Landon calls himself the chief problem solver. He handles the phone calls, estimates, and scheduling, visits the site with homeowners, and walks them through what it takes to get a septic permit, install a system, and then use it so they avoid short-term, expensive problems.
He also manages the crew and the equipment, and he spends much of his day solving problems as they come up on real properties, like an unmarked cistern that changes where a system can go.
His approach is simple: treat other people the way you would want to be treated, and be someone a homeowner can trust to answer questions and do what they said they would do.
